This print created by Don Davey in 1966 was printed in black and white on 9" x 12" cardstock. Due to age, this print is water stained in one corner, but the damage is minimal and doesn't distract at all from the beautiful, textural piece.

"BRULATOUR COURTYARD. Shuttered windows, winding stairways and lush foliage make the Brulatour Courtyard one of the most popular landmarks in the Vieux Carre. The mansion was built in 1816 by a French wine importer and manufacturer of fine furniture. The enormous black pot, often found on French Quarter patios, probably contained olive oil imported from Spain, while the stone slabs of the courtyard provided ballast for the Spanish ships."
